The POGIL National Meeting (PNM) utilizes an application system. Applications were due at the end of November and applicants were notified of an acceptance decision in mid-December 2017. Accepted applicants may now register to attend the event.
The PNM is a working meeting intended for active members of the POGIL community to participate in important tasks to further the mission of The POGIL Project, guided by our Strategic Plan. The 2018 participants will work on initiatives which are described here: Strategic Plan Working Groups
The PNM provides opportunities for attendees to interact and collaborate with colleagues in a mix of plenary sessions, parallel sessions, poster sessions, and open working time.
The registration fee includes on-campus housing for Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights, as well as all meals from Saturday dinner through Tuesday lunch. Campus housing is anticipated to be in Liggett House - a modern, air-conditioned, suite-style residence hall where participants will have private bedrooms and semi-private bathrooms.
Financial assistance is available to those who do not have access to departmental/institutional funding.
