NCAPP is designed for POGIL practitioners to gather together and share ideas, challenges, and successes regarding the use of POGIL in their classrooms.  The format will include various types of participant-centered sessions where practitioners will be able to share their ideas for new POGIL activities, explore implementation strategies related to using the POGIL format, and work with others to design new POGIL activities or methods of implementation.  Participants will leave with new ideas for POGIL activities, new strategies for implementation, and new colleagues for collaborative projects.

Another purpose of the conference is to serve our growing population of practitioners, including teachers from a wide range of disciplines at all levels, and who serve minorities and underrepresented groups.  All participants will be seeking ways to use POGIL to improve or enhance student learning in their fields.
