In this interactive session, Susan Richardson (The POGIL Project) and Caryl Fish (St. Vincent College) will guide participants in exploring how intentional activity design can reduce barriers and support all learners. Using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles and the POGIL Activity Accessibility Matrix, attendees will engage in guided review, discussion, and application to see how the matrix can enhance both authoring and reviewing processes. Participants will leave with practical strategies for making POGIL activities more inclusive, equitable, and effective for diverse classrooms.
